My wife went about squeeky back brakes. Was told they need new pads so asked to do them the week after during mot. during mot was called back by Neil's autos they said back brakes were ok it was the front that needed doing, so said ok. One week after still squeeky back brakes. This is what my son found. He is a professional auto mechanic. Worn down to metal. Do not go there if you value your life. Had to give one star it doesn't go any lower

Returned my car to me twice with defective brakes. Previously was big fan of Neil's Auto Repair Centre, had been using them for years for both car and motorcycle work and MOTs. Took my car in for an MOT & full service, two brake calipers need replacing. Everything was fine until I almost overran a junction into traffic when I quickly found out that the brakes hadn't been bled properly. Took it back back immediately. No apologies, they had it done in about 10 minutes, the first 2 of which I was stood around awkwardly as there didn't seem to be much urgency to fix the unsafe vehicle they'd returned to me. Drove the car away again, brake peddle was still very spongy. Went home and bled them myself. Won't be using Neils again.

Put bike in for exhaust system to be fitted stayed in contact with me a lot of time no complaints there as they were polite and up front. But...... Getting bike back gear foot lever on upside down, seat not clipped in properly, fuel hose not put on properly so came off on m1, now engine coolant leaking out bike, clutch not re adjusted. That's what I know so far... Easy things to sort but not the point, should of been put back together properly.

First time using this garage A belt snapped on my car on the way to work so need it sorted fast so I could get home. Neil's auto's didn't let me down and the price was great. Will be using them again Keep up the good work Thanks

Partner booked car in for MOT at 8am and was told to pick it up between 10 and 10.30am. When dropping off he said he needed to be out of the garage for 9.45. Parter said she needed to do something (park run) and it might be about 10, he said be as quick as possible (when booked in it stated 10-10.30). She got there to pick up at 10am and was abused by the owner and told he had missed a cancer treatment because of her being late which she wasn’t anyway. This attitude has cost Neil’s Autos 3 families of business as both of us used them for our cars as did her family. Not even told if she had advisories or anything. Disgraceful.
