Incredibly polite, professional and hard working mechanic who knows his way around any car I've taken there. Very competent and trust worthy. Always very busy and difficult to get in to (both bookings and if you're in a bigger car, his yard is a bit of a squeeze), but he's busy because of how good he is. Always very open, honest and willing to go above and beyond to get things fixed. If he can't do the job, he will happily recommend other local tradespeople who can. He once diagnosed a problem that the computer diagnostics system incorrectly diagnosed, charged me next to nothing for the diagnosis and if I had listened to him it would have saved me hundreds of pounds.
