I really don’t like having my haircut cut due to sensory issues. I told Natasha this and she really understood my feelings and made me feel comfortable during our appointment. It’s a lovely salon and I’m very pleased with my new cut. Thank you!

I’ve almost been going to Natasha for roughly a year now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. For some going to a hair dressers is daunting especially if you experience mental health, Natasha’s salon is all inclusive, she’s the kindest most non-judgemental person you could come across! It’s my safe space now, and I always look forward to my appointments. Not to mention how knowledgeable she is, she knows what she’s doing and has literally revived my hair! I honestly would recommend Opal Hair 1000% you won’t regret it ❤️🙌🏼✨

Honestly, discovering this hair salon has totally opened up having my hair done. As an autistic woman I’ve always struggled in a salon environment, but the quiet room at Opal is beyond perfect. First time I've been to this salon and what a lovely place, really nice atmosphere (yes it does matter). Love my hair, I've walked away having had a nice time and with what I asked for. This salon actually understands what makes a good hairdressers. On the plus side there's plenty of cheap/ free parking in the area. I will definitely come back I've tried a few hairdressers since moving to the area and nothing has felt right. This is definitely the one.

This was my first experience of going to a new hairdresser in a long long time. I was extremely nervous. I have short hair and the cut has to be good. Everything about Natasha and the salon was a brilliant experience. A fabulous cut too. Would recommend opal hair to everyone.
