Went for my prom hair and showed stylist a inspiration picture and once I left I saw it wasn’t what is showed her. Yes it was a bun, yes I asked for bun but I wanted a sleek bun and she curled my hair and formed a lot of pin curls on the back of my head. They proceeded to fall out over the next few hours and looked a mess by the end of the night. Also, my friend went and got her nails done here. The design was executed very well and they looked great on the surface however in the nails there where large lumps of acrylic beads stuck under her nails that’s was also attached to her skins. She only noticed this after she has retuned home and had to cut it of herself as it was painful, after a few days the nails began to fall of and we’re raising up from the bottom. After scratching her self multiple she had to cut them of at home. Some of the nails we ridiculously thick. The design was done very well however there were hairs stuck in the polish and little sections were missed. Overall not horrible but would not recommend.

Thinned my hair to the point 2/3rds of it was on the salon floor. Also used thinning shears way too close to the crown of my head meaning that the very short bits are very obvious and grow up and out. I have since learnt this is poor practice. I will never return, only came twice due to my usual hairdresser taking extended leave due to needing surgery.

Such a friendly salon, all staff are chatty and welcoming. I have both my hair and nail done here. Gem does my hair is very knowledgeable and brilliant at what she does. Natalie does my nails every 3 weeks - amazing at what she does, she gets to know her clients well and is brilliant at recommending designs and colours also perfects how I ask for them to be done. My nails always last. Highly recommend to anyone, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have started coming to unhidden for my nails doing and can’t rate it enough. Natalie recently did my daughters nails with nail art and they look amazing!! All the girls are really friendly with a great atmosphere. Every time I go I’m so impressed with all the hairstyles and waves that the stylists create I’ve booked in myself. I’ve just recommended my friend go there for nails and will keep spreading the word x

Unhidden is one of the most friendliest salons about! All the ladies are super friendly and there's a great atmosphere. Natalie has been doing my nails now for a good few months and is fantastic, any nail and art thrown at her she does brilliantly, can't recommend this place enough!
