Visited today for my ear syringing. The Pharmacist was very helpful and explained the procedure to me. He was very patient and caring. I would not hesitate attending again if necessary. Excellent service.

So helpful and kind. Just rang up enquiring about the best next steps to take with my symptoms and the lady on the phone was brilliant! She managed to find me an appointment and was really kind.

Visited for our covid jabs, Sheree did a great job painless and efficient with a friendly chat.

My husbands just had a Covid booster administered by Ian, he felt his arm being swabbed and the next thing he saw was the needle going in the bin and had to ask Ian if he’d actually done it !!! Not only was it painless it was actually without ant sensation whats so ever. Thank you Ian your skill is legendary.

Lovely and welcoming staff, very professional and organised. I had my Covid jab done and everything was double checked by two staff members, as well as explained thoroughly to me along the way. I felt I was in very capable hands. The gentleman who did my jab was absolutely incredible - I genuinely didn’t feel a thing. Would recommend to anyone needing any injections doing, as he was outstanding! I think I even called him a wizard 😂 As another positive, the pharmacy offers dispensing medical waste, so I will go back with a sharps bin I’ve had stored for ages as the other pharmacy I tried previously rejected me. Happy days - I will certainly use this pharmacy for everything moving forward as I also love supporting smaller/local businesses rather than the big brands ☺️ you can sense the pride in their work which is lovely. 10/10!
