Needed a boiler servicing quite quickly, was recommended Danny by another plumber. Contacted him on Monday night and he was with us the next day. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Did what we needed, when he said he would and did it for a good price. On top of that a really friendly, approachable, bloke who I enjoyed chatting to. Would definitely recommend to others!

Excellent service. Danny is really friendly, and has done a fantastic job installing our new boiler. He made sure everything was set up with the new thermostat, and that I fully understood how everything worked before he left. Can't recommend him enough.

Great plumber who was very polite and professional. Managed to make time for us and our leaky running bath tap. Charged a good price and completed the job really quickly. Would definitely recommend brook plumbing and heating.

Danny did our boiler service last year and as he'd arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidily (and was someone I felt comfortable to have in the house) I had already decided I'd be a regular customer. Fast forward to the coldest day of the year arrived and the boiler decided not to work so I called Danny - not only did he come out that same day and fix it, he didn't overcharge for an emergency call out and it was all done and dusted by the time I got home. An absolute star, highly recommend.

After you sorted an issue out with our magnetic filter, I had hoped, finally, I found a reliable plumber and someone we can call upon to eventually do our whole bathroom, and sort another issue for my parents. I contacted you a little while ago about my parents boiler, gave the address, and gave you a heads up about their plight, but after a bit of texting back and forth, you then stopped replying. I presumed you were going to sort this.. So I forgot about it, however, seeing my parents later that week, it turns out, you didn't bother going or making contact with myself or my parents. I sent a message asking if you would still be going on the day you had proposed one of two days... I had asked ASAP, so for me that was the next day.... At around 10pm and my parents waiting in all day, you didn't go, and only messaged the following day saying you hadn't seen a message? Surely your whole business relies on seeing and replying to messages? So, my parents struggled on for another two weeks, as the company who fitted the boiler were dreadful, terrible excuses, so, I contacted you again, let's see if you were able to make an appointment to go and take a look, on Friday the 3rd, we had some back and forth messages once again, then like groundhog day, the messages stopped, and no more replies.... Sensing this is now a trend in how you conduct business, and given two chances to help someone sort their dilemma out, I figure it is something plumbers seem to do, just leave people hanging around. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me... No matter, we won't contact you again, you have certainly lost our business! I am seeing a niche market for a company with reliable plumbers, joiners and builders opening up, as these seem to be the key areas where people just mess customers around endlessly.
