My roof had a random leak after flash floods or heavy rain. It’s puzzled a few roofers! Ryan Roofing investigated and found one tile needed the corner cutting off as well as clearing out all the repointing rubble from the gulley which was left up there by another local company who repointed my chimney. The tiles are Marley bold roll, the roll edge for corner was causing a raised bump under the flashing and with all the cement rubble on top, heavy rain was pooling, diverting around it and under the tiles rather than channelling down the flashing gutter to drain away .. He cleared it out and fixed it in no time, neat n tidy job ! Very pleased as all other roofers were trying to tell me I needed lead flashing replaced or entire re-felt. Called Ryan Roofing due to a water leak around the chimney during a heavy rain storm. Chris came out within the hour, quickly identified the problem and completed a temporary fix making the roof water tight again until a permanent repair can be completed. Quick response and a job well done! Would recommend!

We've found Ryan to be great . I rang on the off-chance but expected nothing given the weather we've had and everyone being busy. Within the hour he was there. Honestly I've saved your number and if you ever need a free night's dog boarding.... you've got it. Highly recommended 👌.

Fully fitted new roof with guttering and Insulations. On time professional and left the area clean after each visit. High standard of finish very happy and would highly recommend.
