I really couldn't recommend Carl Stuart any higher. The entire experience was so much fun, designing my entire wedding suit from scratch with expert guidance and impeccable eye for detail from the very first consultation all the way to collection. The skill and craft that has gone in to this suit is honestly second to none, and I was so happy on my wedding day wearing a suit that was entirely made for me, a one off, unique and frankly stunning (if I do say so myself) piece! Thanks again to all the team at Carl Stuart for their hard work and care that went into making this and giving it all the personal touches that make it so special. I was totally at loss, wondering around Leeds, trying to figure out what suit I was going to wear for my wedding. I stumbled across Carl Stuart, I walked in, expressed my desires, explained the aesthetics of our wedding (at Askham Hall, in the Lake District in the winter), and 2 months later I had a wonderful suit that was beyond anything I could have imagined. Emily answered all the questions I had, brilliantly, during our first appointment and Lewis crushed all my anxiety wonderfully with his kind and welcoming demeanour during all our fitting sessions. What a great experience it was buying my new suit from Carl Stuart Tailors recently. I had purchased suits from Carl Stuart's some years ago and things had improved considerably since then. I came to Carl Stewart wanting a really cool velvet suit for my wedding, and they made me just that! From the moment I walked through the door the staff were incredible. At the first fitting the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We were offered an array of drinks to choose from and had a long chat about what I was wanting. It was really nice to not feel rushed and fully listened to. Lewis was brilliant! He made me feel that he was as invested in my suit coming out exactly how I imagined, which made me feel confident that, at my final fitting, the suit would be everything I had hoped for - and it truly was. On my wedding day I got many compliments on how funky the suit looked and I owe that to the Carl Stewart team, I have no doubt I’ll be returning in the future.

I can’t speak highly enough of Lewis and the team at Carl Stuart. The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere made my groomsmen and me feel at ease from minute one. Every part of the process to get the suit was fantastic, from the communication and sorting of the finer details (no stone is left unturned!) to the suit itself which was of the utmost quality.
