Total Travel - Ossett Like most people nowadays, because it’s easier, cheaper and to avoid any hard sell, we book almost every holiday either online or direct with the holiday company via the phone. However, Total Travel have proven everyone of those points are wrong. Whilst walking past the Total Travel office in Ossett and with absolutely no intention of booking a holiday we spontaneously called in purely to pick up some holiday brochures (as you do), Whilst in there were helped by Emma and for transparency I did let her know that we were only picking up brochures to help us decide and to find the right holiday and we would be booking it online. That didn’t phase her at all and she continued to help us select a number of appropriate brochures. To cut a very long story short, after speaking to Emma we discovered that Total Travel will price match holiday companies when booking direct, they make the booking process transparent, clear and very easy and importantly there is zero pressure to book. This was in fact true, and short time later we left the office after having booked our American tour for the same price, in fact a few pounds cheaper than it would booking direct and not only did we save money she made the booking process clear and simple and even remained in contact right up to the day before we travelled, ensuring that our choice of seats on the aircraft were confirmed, that we had all the appropriate visas, paperwork etc and she even printed hard copies of our tickets, just in case we needed them. A couple of days after our return she even called us just to ask if we had enjoyed the trip without any issues. For future holidays we will of course continue to research online but we will absolutely then be visiting Total Travel to compare costs and hopefully with their assistance and personal touch, book again with them. A big shout out to Emma who is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and with her continued customer focus and personal contact made the entire booking process from start to finish a pleasure. 5*

We wouldn’t book our holiday with anyone else. They beat online prices everytime and I totally trust them. Thank you Ossett team and speak soon about the next one :-)
