Came off the M1 when I got a flat tyre warning. A family member of mine comes here all the time and told me about them, so I decided to go there. The lad is great very welcoming. He immediately found which tyre was losing air and helped me change it in less than 10 minutes. I can say this was my first time and you have gained a new customer.
Got 4 all seasons tyres today and experienced the best customer service ever. All types and options were explained very clearly by the boss Ali, and then let me choose in the ease of my own comfort. Really happy with the product and the seevice. Will definetly come again.
My car experienced a tyre blow out on the M1, luckily I managed to come off at the junction and pull over in a random area, had a baby and my son in the car on our way to North Yorkshire for the polar express, rang the AA, tried every garage I could find on google and then saw these guys 0.5 miles down the road. Originally was just going to swap to my spare tyre, but ended up getting a new tyre on. Within 15 minutes we were back on the road. Great service and really reasonable price!
Having received a notification from the car I had a flat rear tyre, we limped the car to Ossett Tyres. On a Sunday afternoon our expectations were low, yet they sorted us in 10 mins. Repairing a nail in the tyre vs charging us in excess of £200 for a new one. Thanks so much guys, brilliant service 👏
No complaints about the service at Ossett Tyres & Autos from my first telephone enquiry to getting my car sorted today. Clear information about range of potential costs, phoned back when they said they would and accommodated me at a time to suit. Job all done and at the lower priced option discussed. Staff friendly, clean comfortable waiting area and was offered a drink whilst waiting. No hesitation in recommending and would certainly use ago.
