Ordered a cardigan at Wakefield market, for my son before halloween (16th october 2025) . I've had a few mates buy from this lady without fail but that was a year or so ago. I did state that due to me being super early ordering xmas presents the lady could get halloween orders done then focus on ours.It was his first xmas so a big deal and was for xmas day. I was told i'd get a text when i could collect. I came back several weeks later and was told there was issues with a machine to embellish names but assured I was going to get it asap and would be texted. I came back a few weeks as I was wondering when i would get it and had heard nothing still. I was told i could collect Fri/Sat there was issues with supplier getting the colour - i did ask why i wasnt called out of courtesy? I agreed to return Fri or sat (at this point we are in december) . I came Friday (taking my son to see santa Saturday) to be told she didnt have it? It was in her 'pile to be brought Saturday'- I gave my number (Again) and she assured me she would text to get my address and deliever herself.Suprise, surpise...This didnt happen a week after! I chased again (now at less than a week before xmas)... messaged on whatsapp and at this point was angry and upset. I recieved no reply, so therefore did a charge back with my bank. Absolute incompetence and poor organisation. I am not sure how money is made if this is the standard of operation. No sorry, no offer of refund even when she had messed up several times! Bare faced lieing on mulitple occasions about when it could be done, or that she would call. I wouldn't recommend, nor buy again. I tried to support local (for a much higher price!) And these businesses let it down for the other small ones that actually take care of custom! Avoid...

I ordered dress for my daughter's 1st birthday photo shoot, I contacted bellas boutiques and asked for quick delivery which they more than happy obliged to 😊 the dress arrived and I am over the moon! Its absolutely beautiful!! And for the price its great! Can't recommend the shop enough thank you x

Heather at Bella’s Children’a Boutique is lovely and so so helpful with every query I’ve had. I first spotted her stall in the ridings when I was pregnant and I’d go and look at all her clothes every time she was there and have a chat. Scarlett has had some gorgeous outfits from here and Heather has been great at answering my messages, setting up easy payments and even delivering for me. I messaged her last night in desperation for some knee high socks after realising the outfit I had bought didn’t come with the socks included, she was quick to respond and has delivered them for me this morning. She is wonderful with my daughter too and always smiling and interacting with her on every delivery I’ve had.

Not impressed, had an issue with an item I bought from this company and on initial contact about the item owner did say she would make something similar and get in touch with me for my address, which would have been lovely, after 3 weeks I still hadn't heard so I messaged to see if she had managed to recreate something similar to the item I had bought, she had opened the message but decided not to reply. I left it another week to give her time to reply still nothing! I have messaged Wednesday this week and this morning and she is no longer even opening my messages! thanks for nothing I shall take my custom elsewhere in future if this is the thanks you get for shopping with you.

Absolutely beautiful clothes! We ordered over their website and arrived 2 days later beautifully packaged. The sizing was perfect for us in every way and the quality was top notch! I will be 100% ordering from here again. We have already been asked where we bought the dress from and have recommended them to my friends!
