This is nothing but a big scam, wondering how you made toddlers bed for adults. Lowest quality I have even seen in my entire life. I sent an email to express my concern over a week now and no response still, I notice the bed getting weaker day after day. Finally broke at midnight while I was fast asleep and i almost lost my back. Please stay away from this company they are very deceitful.

Deceitful Service designed to limit return options. ebay mattress not packed in a box or vaccum rolled. Just a big king size dropped off in the reception of an apartment building. They wont pick it up. Copy paste customer service

I had an excellent easy transaction with this seller. They held my order for me until my builders had finished and then delivered. The bed itself is super, well priced and so is the mattress. Great customer service.

Bought off Wowcher for nearly £350 including the £35 speedy delivery fee which took over 2 weeks to come, they told me it’ll be delivered on the Saturday then told me make sure you’re ready for Sunday delivery. It’s the cheapest materials I’ve ever seen. They can’t even let you know where the hole is to screw your headboard in so takes you 10 minutes trying to find that yourself. Also it said it was a memory foam mattress, when in fact it’s come as an open sprung mattress vacuum packed into a little box. One of the drawers has already been damaged in transit as you can see from pictures, one of the slots where the feet go is already damaged and they can’t even pick up their phone, makes me laugh how on Wowcher they said it was £700 now it’s £350 a load of con artists stay clear
