Went into store just to browse as i had been following on instagram but never got round to going into the store. They dont have an online website as its a small boutique. I was asked as few times if i needed assistance to which i replied no, im just browsing. Then was asked AGAIN if there was something in particular i was looking for. I wasnt looking for anything in particular really i just wanted to see what they had in stock, if i could spot, any villagallo pieces, and to see if the glasses chain had reduced in price as its quite expensive. So i replied again, no there was nothing that I specifically am interested in. So the shop assistant stood behind me rearranging the clothing rail, which didnt need to be rearranged as i had already walked past there, it was neat and tidy. This made me think im being watched closely and made me feel uncomfortable. Just because im not interested in anything in particular, can i not just browse at my leisure?? Wont be coming in to this store again, if it happens to be that i am interested in stock that you do sell.. i will buy the items that you stock elsewhere.!!!

Fantastic service, beautiful clothes and shoes, lovely assistant.....she was extremely helpful. Will definitely call again. Bought some beautiful shoes.

As ever when I visit ossett I call into capretti, a warm welcome every time, very friendly helpful staff. A great choice of clothing. It's a must visit.
