Purchased an ex display unit and I am so glad we did! It has just added the character to our living room that we wanted! Helped us get it into the van and all information on building was giving to us! After trial and error we got there hahah! But it looks stunning! Thank you so much! Definitely worth the money and 100% recommend!

When I went into the showroom I had a very specific idea of what i wanted . Rachel was really knowledge and helpful. She said they could source the specific marble I was looking for and that they could cut and design it to my exact specification. She recommended a fire also based on the look I was going for . Throughout the whole process Rachel kept in constant contact sending me updates and pictures of my stone once it arrived in country. I could be happier with the final outcome and would definitely recommend Rachel and her team.

I absolutely love our fireplace, Rachael was so helpful, I wanted specific tiles that I sourced myself and she was very accommodating, even keeping in contact on holiday! She organised the install to be split into two separate days so my tiler could tile in between. Top quality products and would definitely recommend.

Bought a new electric fire and surround from Flames and we are thrilled with it. From start to finish the service was very friendly And extremely efficient. Everything was clearly explained and timescales for survey and fitting were followed to the letter even changing some details of our order did not cause a delay. The fitters and electrician were polite and left our lounge spotless when they left. We would definitely recommend Flames

Good service. Flames did a free survey by the fitter. Gave advice on a few things and priced up job and fitted in no time at all. Hetas cert came through within 2 weeks. Would recommend.
