We ordered the right hand broadgate corner sofa with matching footstool in black in kensington fabric on Thursday 11th December, and it was delivered on Monday 15th December. Before ordering i contacted furniture direct via their WhatsApp chat to ask a few questions with regards to delivery time slots and if my door measurements meant it would fit through and they assured me it would fit (which it did perfectly) and also that they would work around my availability for a delivery timeslot (which again they did) after ordering i recieved my confirmation emails and also once from the courier company then when the courier recieved it I had another to state that and also another once they had given me a date to confirm it and then also confirm the delivery timeslot which we accepted originally for 6pm - 9pm later that day I got a phone call asking if they could change the time slot to earlier for 4pm - 7pm which again we confirmed as that was better for us. Then on the day you get a live tracking map and estimated arrival time. We also got a phone call telling us they were due to arrive around 5:45pm which they arrived promptly at 5:46pm. Delivery men were polite, friendly and efficient even asked if they needed to remove their shoes which we said they didnt as we have hard floors to easy enough to clean once they had gone due to the weather as it was raining. They brought all of our sofa in (which was well packaged/protected in 4 separate parts - 1 was the footstool) they took photos of it delivered and I signed and they went about their day. Once we started to unpack and assemble the sofa we noticed screw holes for the back legs but none for the front decorative ones. So i contacted furniture direct again on WhatsApp to ask what we do and within a minute some responsed that we just need to screw them into the soft wood part where the leg should sit and it sorted no problems at all. Sofa feels very well made, it comfy and perfect for us and our needs. We're happy with the quality and the overall service of both furniture direct and the courier team. Happy to purchase from here again and recommend to others. I also purchased the 5 year protection insurance and I recieved my documents for that the same day of order from the company that provided the insurance.

In absolute love with our sofa! I’ll be honest because of the price I was very worried when my husband said about buying this sofa but happy to say he was right! It’s soo comfy and has so many mod cons with the sofa more than expected! Fantastic value for money. If you were to look at other providers you would be paying more than double for this type of sofa!

Excellent service from start to finish! Ordered and delivered within 7 days. Kept well informed with progress of the order, even after a slight delay from the supplier but the sofas arrived earlier than advised which was a bonus! Delivery company were also brilliant! Love the sofas which have an added bonus of wireless chargers - much to my pre-teen sons delight!

Ordered my sofa early last week and it was delivered yesterday. The company kept me updated throughout and let me choose my delivery date, which made the whole process really easy. Top class sofas, I chose the electric recliners and they arrived just days after I placed the order. The delivery company kept me informed every step of the way up to delivery, the lads even unboxed the lot for me! I had a small issue, which I emailed the company about.
