Absolutely amazing! Lovely caring people with tons of knowledge and brilliant product. I have had 3 quality carpets fitted (2 separate occasions) at a really good price with quick fitting. More recently I have had my hall and dining room fitted with the amtico flooring which looks and feels amazing. This is also a really good quality and reasonable price. Jamie who fitted this was very professional, speedy and very courteous when it came to my 2 year old and his nap time. Its one thing to have a good product but the fitting needs to be right and Jamie did a spectacular job! Thank you so much we will be back for our next rooms fitting.

This was our first contact with Dean Austerfield Flooring. After a new fitted bedroom had been completed we wanted a new carpet. When choosing and ordering the carpet and underlay etc Dean and his staff were very helpful. The project would need some lifting & moving about of the bed and a chest of drawers with which I would be unable to assist due to a temporary mobility problem. That was no problem for them and James the fitter not only moved the items on his own but then proved to be an excellent carpet fitter. We were highly delighted with the whole process and would certainly employ Dean and his staff again. It goes without saying that we would recommend them to family and friends.
