Had a dark wood coffee table upcycled. Looks amazing very happy with the end result. Diane is lovely and very professional checked every step with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.

I was a little nervous entrusting my parent's old bureau to Diane but I needn't have worried. The bureau was in a sorry state and had been stored in a damp garage for years. Parts of the veneer had lifted, it had many knocks and scratches, the drawers were so stiff they were difficult to use and most of the handles had lost their rings. Throughout the process, Diane informed me of her findings and the best way to deal with them. We were constantly in communication throughout the whole process. I am so thrilled with the end product, it's hard to believe a tatty old bureau could be given such a wonderful new life. I still see my mum sat writing her letters and doing her bookwork at the bureau and now it will be used as my sewing table and craft store. Please don't hesitate to allow Diane to transform your old furniture. Her dedication and attention to detail is second to none. I can't thank Diane enough for the amazing job she has done and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a similar transformation.

Very disappointing bit of furniture, and very disappointing interactions with this place. Rather a waste of good money in a bad cause, and no offer to take it back. Like it, lump it, or get sued?
