Ash is a true professional and cares more about his customers satisfaction than anything else. I admire how much pride he takes in both his work and his business, I always enjoy a catch up with him when I call and I always leave feeling like a new man. The prices are low and reasonable, although I always tip because he deserves it! My kids, aged 2 and 4 both love it here and he happily takes his time to make sure they’re both calm and settled while trimming their hair and they no longer fear a haircut now thanks to him. I would rate this barbers higher than a 5 if I could. It’s 100% the only place to go in Halifax.

Gave these guys a try since my regular barbers were closed. I had my hair cut and beard trimmed here and I'm glad I did! I was able to walk in and get sat down as soon as I arrived. The barbers were all friendly with great chat, and they made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. My haircut was quick but very professional I was really pleased with it and my beard has never looked so tidy. I would definitely recommend giving these guys a try. I'll be using these instead of my regular barbers from now on

First time here, booked online through books for a hot towel shave and a haircut, a 50 min appointment. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and he seemed confident. After five minutes 2 women came in with five kids and he started to rush. The haircut wasn't really what I wanted or like the picture I'd shown him. The shave involved no hot towels and was rushed, painful and ended up with 4-5 cuts.All in all both cut and shave took 25 mins and were of a poor standard. Then to be charged £36 pounds felt like a rip off. Apparently if you book through Booksy it's twice as much as if you just walk in with the price list displaying a cut at £10. Overcharged, poor standard means I will not be returning to this shop and will search for another who is up to the task in skill and value for money.

My 3 year old sat really well for him while he spent 10 mins cutting his hair. Didn't ask if I was happy just finished the cut uneven shaping up at the back and different lengths on the top. Not sure if the guy is trained. Not as good as the other guy that used to run it that's for sure
