Absolutely great place. I'd never stepped foot in a gym before but that was no problem here. Everything is scaled to what you can do, eventually getting stronger and fitter. The coaches are fantastic and all the members are extremely welcoming. After 8 months this place is now like my second home.
Run by great people! Great set up for functional fitness and CrossFit! Great bunch of members also
Absolutely fantastic! A team who are patience, motivating and inspiring! Making a difference!
