Middleton Hall Retirement Village

My wife and I went for breakfast and were both well impressed. The Orangery is a very pleasant area and spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The freshly cooked "small" breakfast was more than enough for us and so tasty. We will look forward to calling again. Thank you

The staff looked after our mother wonderfully well (February 2019 to November 2020). They made her time there, and her final days in particular, a time of peace and reassurance. As a family, we always felt she was in good hands. Reception staff, cleaning staff, carers and nurses were equally devoted to their job/vocation. A turnover of senior nurses and management meant that, occasionally, there was a hiccup in the continuity of correspondence. However, this was a minor blemish and, in spite of the travails of the pandemic, those staff involved in the immediate care of Mum were fantastic.

Had dinner today in the cafe its was horrible tasteless very watery and for the price and potion size it was disgraceful For Middleton hall it was shameful to serve food like this even the waitress said she was in felt a shamed to serve this food to me .

Went here to visit someone and was pleased to see such high quality. Wonderful place and well priced

I'm only a visitor as I'm a hairdresser and I go and visit my oldest client called millie who's almost 102. And I've done millies hair for 40 year so shes not just a client. She's also a friend. The staff are always lovely with a great welcome by the reception girls. Millie is really looked after and they seem to treat her like a queen and what ever millie wants and needs she gets. Although millie is tired now and all honesty has had enough bless her, she's made the decision on her own to enter Middleton hall and she's been quite happy.
