SPAR Haworth

Good sized store with a good varied selection of food and drink on sale, it also has the added bonus of an instore local butchers for a wide selection of fresh produce, ample parking, ATM machine outside

Bought a 4 pack of poretti and 500ml of disarano Cost me £25.98 when I checked my bank account. They constantly double charge by double scanning but don’t offer receipts and I bought £12 worth of discounted food that they charged me £33 which was the full price. There thieves. I don’t condone it but no wonder people steal from these places.

Best sourdough bread and butchers highly recommended

The spar in Haworth is absolutely amazing, they have everything you need and the prices are pretty good considering the cost of living crisis. The staff are exceptionally excellent, they help everyone in anyway they possibly can and are always happy. They looked after my sister every time she went round for my mum, this includes being patient with her when she didn’t quite know what she had to get, helping her out when she didn’t understand money and just being overall kind when a lot of other people weren’t. They allowed my mum to leave her car in their car park when she was having clutch problems and couldn’t park down the steep hill she lived on. And just recently a staff member even went out of her way to help find my mums new dog. The only issue I have is that I can’t leave more stars, because honestly they are the kindest loveliest lot and I could never thank them enough, each and everyone of them deserve the world.

Has an independent local butchers inside the store. The quality of the meat is excellent. The burgers in particular are the best I've ever had from any butchers, anywhere. Also their teacakes/bread barms/ bread buns suppled by an independent bakery are far superior to anything you would get in a supermarket. The difference is they arent packed with preservatives so have to be eaten fresh!
