My stay at Rosebud cottage was excellent. It is ideally located for main street and Bronte Museum and the steam railway. Adrian and Caroline are so welcoming made me feel at home. My room had an ensuite hot tub which was thoroughly enjoyable. Room very clean and quaint. Great breakfast and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend and stay there again
Booked my dad into Rosebud Cottage Guest House for four nights for his birthday, this is his review: "On arrival at Rosebud Cottage, Haworth I received a very warm welcome from Caroline and when she showed me the room they had selected for me - The Railway Room - I knew my stay was going to be an enjoyable one. When I met Adrian for the first time the following morning at breakfast I also received a warm welcome and a handshake. He regaled the guests with good conversation and amusing anecdotes. The two hosts made it feel like a home from home. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and of a high standard. There was internet access with password provided. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the room. The food was of good quality with a choice of fried breakfast or a vegetarian option. Fruit juices, yogurts, cereals and pieces of fruit were also available. What made my stay extra special was on Saturday - when it was my birthday - the hosts surprised me with a birthday cake which they brought through from the kitchen with candles lit and the words Happy Birthday on it. They and the other guests all then gave me a chorus of "Happy Birthday". Very moving. After four nights there I felt sad to leave such a nice place and a lovely couple but I know I will return there one day. There are five rooms at Rosebud Cottage, all with en suite bathrooms, and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting Haworth with its steam railway (the station is a short walk from the guest house) and its history concerning the literary and artistic ability of the Brontë family." I think it's safe to say he had a fantastic time, thank you Caroline and Adrian for making his birthday so special!
This was a very good stop on our journey. We enjoyed the friendly reception and the attractive room. We especially enjoyed the extra time the hosts spent drying our gear after we walked in all day rain. We also were met with fresh baked scones which only enhanced the warm greeting on a damp afternoon
My husband and I spent one night in Rosebud Cottage. It was on my birthday and Caroline & Adrian went out of their way to spoil me. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and the breakfast was delicious! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
After being let down at the last moment Adrian & Caroline kindly took us and our little dogs in. What an amazing hosts! The room was great with lots blankets and towels for the dogs and a little garden. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.
