Vivers Mill Guest House

Had a most enjoyable 2 night stay. Room 9 was wonderful, perfectly clean, facilities great and very comfortable bed. OK - so it was top of the building but we managed the stairs. Loved the breakfast room - especially the "blue" table theme. Hosts were so friendly and took time to tell us about the Mill and the history. It was such a treat especially when we were treated to see the video of the "Otter" in the Mill feeding. Well Done!

Great breakfasts and the potential benefit of seeing otters inside the mill workings that can be seen from the dining room. Shower in our second floor room was hot and cold. Hot water pressure seemed low. Otherwise a lovely place, 10 minutes walk to North Yorks Railway and the town centre.

Very nice couple run this B&B - friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable; and the breakfast was cooked to order making it fresh and tasty.

Brilliant! Really friendly, perfectly positioned close to Pickering. And an otter comes to visit regularly.

Very comfortable -lovely owners and full of character .Breakfast everything we needed and served with a smile and a chat .
