Description

Hungate Cottages are located on the outskirts of the delightful historic town of Pickering. The complex consists of 11 highly individual cottages and has the unique appeal of being a short walk from the town centre, whilst at the same time retaining the tranquillity and peacefulness of the countryside.

Pickering itself is right on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Moors and is a short drive from the Roman City of York and the beautiful port towns of Whitby and Scarborough.

We also provide free unlimited wifi access, free swimming a Pickering's nearby pool, free entry to Dalby Forest, free entry to Ryedale Folk Museum*, and a limited offer of 1 free return journey on the North York Moors Railways* (for stays of 1 week or more).

We have log fires or wood burners in all cottages with free logs provided, a secure children's playground, bicycle storage on request.
