Ridgefield Nursery

Really lovely CL site with an added bonus of a garden nursery as well. You would think that you would get less facilities on a smaller site but not on this site, it's got everything you need. Very friendly owners and are really helpful 🙂 when you turn up. Knaresborough is a 20 minute walk 🚶‍♂️ into town, you can also catch the train 🚆 to Leeds and York easily. We Will definitely be visiting again ☺. Well here we are again for the Christmas Markets at Harrogate and Knaresborough . Just love it when you are the first ones on site and have it all to yourself. Because there are 4 seasons and everyone of them should be enjoyed we tour all year round and this is our 2nd Autumn 🍂 weekend away. Thank You Ridgefield we really enjoyed 😉 your Hospitality.

Basic 5 unit CL campsite with good shower and toilet block. Good location to walk into Knaresborough or Harrogate with plenty to see and do. Pitches are a bit close together and the site is enclosed by trees and hedges but there is a nice little nursery and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

This is a lovelly quiet peacful site, very clean and tidy. The owners are very friendly and even called us on route to give us direction to avoid roadworks around harrogate ! Would definitly recommend this site !

Stayed here as a member of caravan and motorhome club, Small site at the back of nursery... Good location for trips to knaresbrough-5 min drive,York 30 min drive and brimham rocks,fountains abbey both 30 mins away. Site has electric hook up and one all in one shower,toilet,sink,a little outdated to be honest. Also has a separate toilet,broken seat but still useable. This site dosnt have washing facilities for dishes or washing machine etc. This site done the job for us as it’s more about location than the actual site itself,so if your looking for a good base for local attractions this is the site for you Met with the owner lovely lady and lives in the house at the front of the site if needed. Really helpful and recommendations of parking etc In knaresbrough.

Lovely and peaceful. Shower and toilets very clean. Only a short walk into Knaresborough. Recommended
