Absolutely fantastic service from Melanie today. She helped with a computer problem and could not have done more. She was kind, patient and cheerful. Thank you again.
The staff are lovely. Welcoming and helpful.
Very welcoming to little children, they have a little dark tent with sensory toys in the children’s area, colouring sheets and pens, a sensory fish machine and lots of children’s books. It’s lovely and warm and has very friendly and helpful staff
I recently had to use the customer service desk regarding a council matter. The issue regarded something that had arisen after a bereavement the matter had caused some distress and my attitude because of this wasn't the best!. The young lady who dealt with me (Claire, I think) remained professional throughout and with the help of a colleague in Beverley managed to resolve the situation to a satisfactory conclusion. I would just like to put on record how helpful the individual concerned was and praise her manner during our conversation. Thank you again for the help
pretty cool , last time i went there was with my school to figure out how the machines worked ^^ worked well as far as i remember , also there ' s clubs for kids that might still be on . not too sure , haven ' t been for a while . . .
