We where staying at Allerthorpe Golf & Country park and looking to order pizza, we where advised to give Frank's a try and are so glad we did. The pizza was hot and really tasty. We assumed we'd have to go to the main entrance to meet the delivery, but he delivered straight to our lodge. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.
Ordered food to be delivered. Food is very nice, can't take that away from them however when ordering online it couldn't 'pin point' location dispite being 5 minutes delivery. Got charged extra £1.50 for this Yet delivery driver turned up to the address no problem. Got charged extra for not being able to pin point location. Asked for a can of pop for the inconvenience- £1.50 a can; expensive! Delivery driver was very rude telling me it's not his problem. When the problem occurred online I made a note saying I'm being charged for this issue and it cannot be resolved so a can of pop would be 'compensation'.. Won't be ordering from here again.. rude driver, establishment ignored all notes on the order.
Ordered a takeaway for family members as a surprise and they took it back to pock. Sent them a private message on Facebook demanding just a refund on what I ordered and to keep the delivery charge and had no reply! Now £27.50 out of pocket. I will not order from here again. Disgraceful.
Poor hygiene, the one time we decided to order a take out and it arrived absolutely wet through. The take away guy must’ve walked miles to our house in the rain or it must have been in some cold wet place inside his car! We unboxed the soggy wet through paper bags of food to then also find the food was also wet and chips and burger bun was soggy. Will not be ordering there again.
Got pizza fries and pepperoni. Trust me, it was the best I've ever had. I'm calling on all good food lovers to visit this place and enjoy the best of pizza and other delicacies.
