DHL eCommerce Depot York

Hello there! So... This is my experience with the DHL eCommerce Depot from York. I was waiting for my package who had to be with me by Monday 06th October, but when I check they said it is delayed. I understand and I was well, things happen and maybe they don't have drivers or something. Checked again Tuesday, delayed. Try to rearrange delivery for Wednesday, delayed. Thursday when I checked again there was this message that the delivery will be made on 08th Wednesday and I was so confused l, you guys go back in time?? 😅 Seeing that nothing will happen and my package is still there I choose to collect it myself. I didn't mind driving to them, I enjoy driving around, but the state of my package was awful, they seemed to have drivers and it wasn't like they had to go to Scotland to deliver the package it was just 20 miles away and I don't think that in nearly one week not even a driver had a route to Beverley-Hull, I can't believe this. They seemed kinda bothered to be there to collect my package, they don't even know where it was and start questioning each other, but instead of a fast answer it was this silence. I understand that it was Friday, everyone don't give a damn about work anymore when there's one or two hours before heading home, but come on... All in all a very unpleasant experience with them.

DHL is such a joke, my parcel has been at this site since Sunday the 9th of November. And I had scheduled the delivery for the Tuesday, and then it comes to Tuesday and it doesn’t arrive. So I email. With no response until Friday, to which they said I won’t receive it till Monday, as they fill their vans at 10:30 and do not return until end of the day. I told them it’s not my issue it’s theirs and if that’s the case it should’ve been delivered earlier in the week. To which they compromised and offer me a Saturday delivery (today) and it STILL has not arrived. Absolute joke of a company and awful customer service. This is unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely rubbish. Dont bother. Be simpler to drive your parcel wherever its intended to go. Online tracking doesn't work on any three of the tracking services. Couriers dont bother ringing, knocking or leaving a card - Absolutely zero attempts at delivery, yet here we are sitting in waiting for the parcel for the 3rd day in a row, supposedly next day delivery. Im Absolutely fuming. Such a shame the companies using them will suffer reputation damage. Joke of a company.

Why don't Google have an option for serious stars? Absolute dog rubbish. Didn't even attempt to deliver on the 1st day. I'm still waiting for the delivery now. And it's absolutely no one to communicate with. Sort it out

Customer service is a disaster. Changing the delivery date doesn't change anything because the courier arrived at different times. I sent five messages, no one responded, and nothing could be resolved by phone. Ultimately, after about 17 days, I had to go to their office to pick up the package myself. I don't recommend them.
