Booked a collection with Royal Mail, someone collected it in morning then I received an email in afternoon to say “failed to collect “. I ran to their office to ask what happened then they answered my parcel didn’t have a label which I am sure I chose “bring my label” option. Then I politely asked to take back my parcel but they asked me to go home and wait for returning (a parcel without label/address). Still waiting and don’t know when I get it back even I need to send it urgently. Nobody explained why they collected a parcel without a label??? They were doing well so I hope they improve this matter soon. P/s: they asked me to rebook my collection but I don’t know when they will return my parcel. Waste time & money!!!
If you work and you want your parcel good luck! This is not the post office, it's the parcel collection section to the right of the main post office. Opens 2 hours per day.
Completely inept. Constantly ignoring my delivery instructions which I update via the app. Keep delivering parcels to neighbours despite me specifically stating not to (and to either leave in a safe place or redeliver - I alter this depending on the parcel). Don't reply to complaints (still waiting for a response sent via Royal Mail website on 4th February!!). Wish there was an alternative!!
