A friend of mine put me in touch with Ian at Impact Bodyworks after I had a bit of a scrape in my daughters Fiesta but didn’t want to make an insurance claim. From start to finish, Ian was extremely professional. The paint job was superb & he charged what he had estimated which was very reasonable. A great great job & a great guy - I thoroughly recommend him for any body repairs.

I contacted Ian after I had an accident which caused extensive damage to the front of my car. Ian was extremely professional when he examined the car, which gave me immediate confidence. I am an elderly lady and know little about repairs, but Ian patiently explained what needed to be done - witbout making me feel stupid. I was also impressed by the clean and orderly state of his workshop. I accepted his detailed quote and the repairs were done to an excellent standard. Over the years I have had cause to use many other workshops, but with hand on heart, Impact Bodyshop is the best I have come across. Highly recommended indeed!

I can’t recommend Impact Body Works highly enough. After my car was driven into, I initially thought the damage was just superficial, but once the bodywork was stripped back it turned out there was a lot more going on underneath. Ian handled everything with the insurance company and completely took the stress off my shoulders. The bodywork repair is immaculate, and the additional mechanical work was sorted through their own trusted contacts, with no involvement needed from me at all. I was kept really well informed throughout the whole process and am absolutely delighted now my car is back. A curtousy car was provided for me at no additional cost. A genuinely great company - I felt really well looked after & my car certainly was!
