A wonderful repository of treasures hiding within this lovely shop whose lady owner was an absolute delight to chat with. Totally unpretentious old-school antique and all the better for that. We purchased a rather nice embroidered French tapestry hanging at a most reasonable price. If we are in the area again I imagine a repeat visit is on the cards.

We were going through Pocklington and just stumbled upon this place the first time. I loved it and purchased lots of bits and bobs now all lovingly displayed in my home. I returned yesterday and the lady remembered me. Wonderful shop. Wonderful service too. Will definitely be returning again. X

Run by a really nice lady and full of yesteryear memories. I've bought and sold stuff here and it's always worth a look-in, every three or four weeks or so, as you usually see something that takes your fancy. Very realistic and fair prices across furniture, books, bric-a-brac and militaria. Take a look!
