Little Bea

Little Bea is INCREDIBLE! I did 2 pregnancy yoga courses and absolutely loved them. Not only was the content of the courses fantastic, I was able to use the techniques I learnt during labour and best of all - I met a group of girls who are now my friends and we have supported each other through pregnancy and now our babies are here. Since having my baby, I attended the Baby Massage course and I’m starting Baby Explorers when the next term starts. Ellie is one of the nicest girls I’ve ever met. Turning up to a class where you don’t know anyone is so daunting but she makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Ellie is so welcoming, kind & caring and I’m so glad our paths have crossed. We are so lucky to have Little Bea in Pocklington & I highly recommend all of her classes whether you’re pregnant or have little ones!

Little Bea is magic! I’m a new mum to the area and Little Bea has provided me with the opportunity to meet so many new friends. My little boy loves coming and it’s a highlight of both of our week. Ellie is so kind, caring and the magic she creates during her classes is rare to find. We are so thankful to have this service so local. The room is modern, clean and very child friendly. Ellie puts so much effort into the little touches and during some classes offers you a drink and a biscuit which is always very welcome! We have booked onto the same course three times and will always keep booking! There are so many different classes to try. It’s made all the different to our family life here and we are so thankful to Ellie and the absolute gem of a service she provides.

I completed the pregnancy yoga course 3 times and it absolutely made my pregnancy. I looked forward to it every week and it allowed me to not only connect with other mothers to be but also my baby. This was soo comfortable and beautiful. Ellie is a wonderful woman inside and out and really helps you to feel heard and safe. So grateful for the opportunity of all the connections I’ve made for here. Couldn’t recommend more to anybody. Now my baby is here we have also started doing the baby classes and I’m having just the same experience, forever grateful for little beau!

Couldn't recommend Little Bea more! I did three courses of yoga here during my pregnancy and Ellie was amazing, it was always the highlight of my week - a chance to stretch, relax, talk and connect with other Mums-to-be. Looking forward to taking my baby to the other courses there when it arrives!

Would definitely recommend the pregnancy yoga! It is a very calm and relaxing session, being able to share as little or as much as you like about how you are getting on and asking others for advice if you want. Ellie guides you though a gentle yoga session with exercises to help with both easing any aches and pains as well as birthing positions. A lovely way to meet others and be able to unwind and relax. Ellie is so welcoming and the room is always clean and smells so nice. All the equipment you need is provided too. Looking forward to joining the sessions Ellie holds once baby is here!
