After finding an item out of stock with another company, I urgently ordered an undermounted sink from Sinks-Taps, and the service I received was truly amazing. The agent I spoke with was knowledgeable and offered me several excellent options. Their prices are competitive, and the product quality is great. I was told to check the sink for any damages upon delivery, which I did. The trap and sink insert was in a sealed bag. The plumber came to fit the sink. He opened the bag and noticed one of the sink inserts damaged, as per photo. I phoned Sink &Taps straight away and spoke to Richard. He asked me to send photos over, which I did 7 days ago. He didn't reply so I called back and spoke to Rob. He said he will speak to Richard and get one sent out the next working day on an overnight delivery. This should have arrived 3 days ago. I have emailed Richard back twice and no out of office bounce back on his email, and no reply. I am absolutely stuck because I can't source a replacement locally myself because all plumbers merchants and B&Q are selling polished chrome, but I need the dull chrome to match the other in the main sink. I'm absolutely gutted over this as I've now got a vegetable wash area that's not connected to the pipe. Luckily I did pay on my credit card so I will be raising a dispute. Sending me a replacement will resolve everything, but a shame they are ignoring me.

What an amazing service! Richard was absolutely great answering all my questions and ensuring I was happy with my order which arrives tomorrow!!! ( I ordered at 12.30 am today !!!) What a difference!!!!!!! I'd ordered the same sink from Empire Electro on 24th April. I still hadn't received my sink or a delivery update yesterday 14/05/25, despite the delivery turn around being 6 days. They ignored my desperate emails and endless voice calls. Wow! Great service, very professional. I decided to call them to place the order as noticed some items are special orders taking 4-6 weeks +. Lucky day for me as they do sometimes order in advance. The order process was great, went very smooth. Now looking forward to receiving my order next week.
