Fantastic little hardware shop. It has all sorts of stuff. Literally anything you'll ever need. Broke your cooking pot? They have them here. Need a birthday card for the missus but the toilets broken too? They got both things to fix your loo and marriage. Honestly it's a perfect little independent shop with all the things you need, and at a pretty decent price. And if you need them the staff are always attentive and lovely too.

Peter and his staff are so helpful. If they haven't got it will try to obtain on next visit to warehouse. We are so lucky to have them I make a point of shopping there whenever possible.

Can't praise this wonderful shop enough. Staff are always so friendly and helpful, and if what you want isn't in stock they'll order it for you. I came away with everything I needed and a smile on my face from the special personal service. Thank you!

Arkwright's Allsorts is a proper hardware store. The owner and his family are always very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. The shop is always busy and a great asset to the town. Highly recommended! !

This place has everything! We recently moved to Pocklington and this is our first destination for anything and everything. Peter and Linda, the owners, always have a smile on their faces and ready to help you out with what you're looking for. Just ask, they'll get it off the counter for you.
