A nice campsite. 15 minute walk into Pocklington town centre. Facilities all clean. A cafe and a small shop on site.
Absolute gem of a place. We had a very warm welcome, and very much enjoyed a lovely peaceful weekend. The facilities were spotless and warm. And the cafe is a real treat. The dog field was a nice bonus too. We'll definitely go back.
Great site. Level hard standing as well as grass. Spotless, warm shower/toilet separate units. EHU. Lovely cafe on site. Nice 10 min walk into town with pubs and restaurants. The site owner was a lovely guy even offered to let us put our trailer in his garage. Would recommend and certainly come back.
Great site within walking distance to Pocklington, a great Yorkshire Market town that has plenty of local shops , I can particularly recommend WF Burton Butchers pork pies, definitely in my top 3 pork pies. The site shop sells only essentials now but has a fantastic cafe. The on-site facilities are clean. It was a very busy site when we were there.
Their website lets you go right through the booking after you SELECT TENT as the type of pitch. When you get to pay it makes you sign a disclaimer saying that you're NOT in a tent. Turns out they don't allow tents. I've now got to find something else last minute.
