A fantastic way to exercise, so enjoyable and rewarding. CrossFit has challenged me and helped improve my fitness levels and ability. Coaches are great, very helpful and supportive. great environment to keep learning and improving. Great for all ages and fitness levels.

Amazing. It’s just a brilliant way to get fit and healthy, and best of all it really is for everyone. The scalability and progression of each exercise makes the work out achievable whatever your level of fitness, age or ability. Michael and Jennifer are great coaches and understand that each person is at their own starting point. Their coaching really is tailored to each individual’s needs, it’s like having your own personal trainer at each session. The workouts are short and intense and constantly varied with every session bringing a different challenge. It’s great, there’s none of the repetition I’ve come to associate with a regular gym and instead I’m constantly learning and developing new skills. Thanks Michael and Jennifer for opening the doors to CrossFit YO4, it’s a great addition to the local area.
My first experience of CrossFit has been incredibly positive here. There’s a real cross section of abilities and everyone is really friendly. The variation in workouts means that you’ll find somethings that you’re great at and others that need work. Each workout is accompanied by considerable attention to technique, so that you’re doing it right from the start. Whatever your level of experience from CrossFit competitor to complete novice like me; you’re sure to get a great deal from YO4. I wish I’d started sooner.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ YO4 is a fantastic environment in which to train and develop. When I first saw the box and how much it was for membership it seemed crazy but I soon discovered why. Michael is a brilliant coach, even in a class of up to 10 it’s like having a PT for a fraction of the cost. Your form is constantly checked and corrected if necessary, I now use free weights confidently but would never have dared do that in a regular gym setting. All the workouts are so varied you just can’t get bored! Give it a try, you won’t look back 😁
