La Rokka Mediterranean Kitchen

An excellent Italian restaurant. I visited this restaurant a couple of years ago with my family. I had a good impression of the restaurant, and years later, my feelings remain the same. Delicious food. Clean cutlery, which is important. I ordered lasagne and chicken salad. Knowing what lasagne should be like, I can say that it is really delicious here. Not too much sauce and just the right portion size. The dishes are moderately salted. I ordered dry red wine, which pleased me with its tart but pleasant taste, and a mojito, properly prepared with the right amount of herbs, ice and lime. Overall, everything was delicious. There weren't many people in the dining room. The restaurant plays light music or Italian songs, but the songs don't interfere with conversation, as the room is not loud. I visited the restaurant with my family and ended up ordering two portions of lasagne, one portion of salad and three drinks, which cost me just over £60 in total. Everything was as good as it was three years ago. I recommend it to everyone. Go there, you won't regret it.

very nice restaurant, and the food is the most delicious I've had in this area. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is very kind. I was there for the second time and I will go again.

Highly recommend! Me and partner have eaten here many times, we have taken family members with us, we even went here for Christmas Day and that was the first time we chose to eat out for Christmas dinner, the service is amazing, the staff are welcoming, friendly and very attentive. The food is beautiful, fresh and well worth every penny. Have never had a bad or even mediocre meal. Five star restaurant.

No wierd smells, friendly staff, very good food.

Had a meal at this restaurant in a Saturday night. The food was really good and we have no complaints. The service however was very poor. After waiting a while we had to call a waiter over to order our drinks (he was just stood chatting). When the drinks came (2 pints) they were both short measures. I spoke to the waiter about this but he didmissed it & walked away. After we'd finished our main course (which was lovely) we was not offered more drinks, desert menu or coffee. We therefore had to call. There was no attention to us whatsoever so we had to go get the waiter again to ask for our bill. Such a shame the service was poor because the place itself and the food is really good. We would not go back.
