Heard really good things from family about this place. I put in an order for the first time. And I was very disappointed! I ordered 2 chickfella boxes. While the portion size was decent. The food was cold. The burger wasn't enjoyable at all. Thought it might be a one off. So to be fair I ordered the Sam again tonight. But it wasn't good. The food was luke warm like it's sat out. The burger again wasn't right. It was like there was a sheet of paper in there. Made it tough, stringy and not nice. In my opinion the buffalo sauce is too salty. It is a shame, as the portion I feel is fair but the quality isnt there. I won't be in a rush to order again. I prefer the place I've been ordering from for years! Make your own minds up, this is my opinion of the 2 orders of the same item to have a comparison.
Bad Experience ive had, ive ordered here in the past and have had great food and a fast ish delivery. Today we ordered, it wasnt a big order 2 items + free item. Order took 1 hour and 40 to arrived. We had to phone and check as Just eat was showning it had already been delivered when it hadnt. When the food arrived everything was cold, the free dough balls were all raw in the middle and were not edible, quite dissopinted. Unfortunately wont be ordering from here again 😕
Chilli sauce was nice Food was average albeit a little on the cold side Price was good and fair Major problem for me personally was the 2 hour delivery time. Had I know it was going to be so long I would have ordered elsewhere but the app doesn't give an estimated delivery time until after you've ordered.
Brilliant service as soon as I stepped through the door. Amazing food and really great value for money. Staff are brilliant and helpful. Will definitely be returning.
Food really good but I ordered incorrectly and phoned up to change my order however this wasn’t sorted the food came wrong. Also you say you get free dough balls when spending over £15, I’ve ordered twice and not received them. Even after requesting them on the second order. It’s a shame as the food was spot on.
