Very honest review, decided to give this place a try, food was mediocre chicken balls were soggy salt and pepper chips were lacking flavour and the spring rolls tasted of cinnamon, I placed an order online that was 46.80, when the food arrived I noticed that they had not sent the curry sauce I ordered, this was dissapointing and our meal was a bit dry without it, instead they had sent some type of sweet and sour sauce which is not to our taste. I noticed a receipt attached to the bag which stated the sauce was OK sauce which I definitely did not order, not only did I notice this but the total in this receipt was 37.90 which was 8.90 difference, I contacted them via Facebook to tell them about the error with the sauce and highlight the price difference which they said was a website glitch. They offered to send somthing extra which made no sense as I had over paid so technically I would be paying for the somthing extra and then they said I could go and get a refund in store and I could have a free main dish. I just politely asked them to refund the difference back to me along with the cost of the sauce they did not send. I dlsent my details and I have not received a refund. What is more frustrating is my youngest daughter woke in the early hours and was sick, she was extremely unwell all day the following day and I questioned if it could have been the food, I had only a bite of a spring roll and so did my eldest daughter but because they tasted so strongly of cinnamon we did not like them but my 6 year old ate them all and then became ill. I have reached out again to doodle my noodle and they have read my message yet ignored me. I believe they had no intent to refund me whatsoever and I am certain they continue to over charge people ordering via their website.
First time ordering tonight. Wow! Loved it. The Singapore chicken noodles were so good. Smoky and a bit spicy. Lovely. Salt and pepper chicken balls with chips were a nice treat! Will definitely order again.
