Apart from the lady serving who was nice. This was an absolute waste of £30 for the worst fish and chips we've ever bought. Fish batter was soggy and the fish itself looked like it had been sat there since Christmas day. The stale black chips came with a side order of two clumps of hair with them. Donner meat or should I say dog meat, I sampled one piece of this and decided if I eat anymore I'll be in for a bad night sat on the thrown so that went straight in the bin with everything else. Anyone looking to try this place out do yourself a favour and save your money and stay well away.
This was by far the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had, am 43 and love fish and chips to, not very often I right reviews but this needs it, please if you read this stay away. I shucked it in the bin and went butchers up the road. The lady behind the till was lovely, good service with a smile. Food was stail and tasted off oil. Needs shutting down
Food is vile and mostly inedible. Paid £30 for the worst meal I've ever had. Fish tasted really strong like it had gone off- had been sat for ages as the batter was soggy. Chips were nearly black and inedible. There was also a clump of hair in with the fish when I unwrapped it. All the meal other than the sausage went in the bin. The lady behind the counter was friendly but other than that absolutely steer clear!
Looked at reviews but i have to say we used to go here weekly it was the best kebab shop in the area i get no pleasure in this but the kebabs were salty salad pathetic we put most of it in bin its not a place i would go again such a shame they used to be lovely
If you don't normally get fish and chips from this place and are looking at the reviews to wonder if you should try it please save yourself the money and disappointment and go somewhere else. If you go here regularly for fish and chips Why? It's terrible. I hope this was an off day for the sake of fish and chips. The chips I had were dry and tough and more like crispy dry leather. The fish itself was ok but the batter was just strange and quite thick and tasteless. The curry sauce looked like slop from floor and was pretty tasteless. This may seem like a harsh review but I am genuinely angry that I tried this place and threw most of it away and am now still hungry.
