Visited the branch to deposit money, me and my partner both counted the amount. We told the teller how much it was and it was noted. The teller did a count placed the cash in the draw and then told us a less amount. We wanted to count the money but because It was in the draw it couldn’t be taken out. The process was poor and meant we couldn’t confirm our money. We feel we have lost money with the unknown answers

I went to unlock my business card but it cant be unlocked as more than 3 attempts. A young big lady there said she will send a new card in 4 working days but I have not received it after 2 weeks. I have to call the bank today to sort it out but it turns out that lady never orders a new card for me and just cancels the old one. I am running a small business and I cant buy anything online to restock. This is unacceptable and the lady in Pontefract branch didnt respect as maybe I am an Asian!

I had problem with accessing my on-line account. Phoned for help but the person wasn't that helpful. Went to the pontefract branch and a young lady called Lisa was brilliant and so was her colleague. Lisa went over and above to help and she did. Thank you Lisa

I'd struggled with the central fraud and online teams for a new business account. Went into branch today for the first time and they were completely on-the-ball and sorted my issues within a few minutes. Wish I'd got their names - both staff I dealt with were great.

Indoor coin sorting machine seems to be constantly out of order! Staff seem more happy to stand chatting rather than serving customers! Very poor customer service! Opening times need reviewing also to take into account those who are actually working!
