Joy's Barber shop

Barber was a nice and professional lady, and makes you feel welcome in the shop, however my partner asked for a skin fade and tidy but what he got really wasn't what he asked for at all. Wasn't blended properly, skin fade far too high and weight out of the hair hadn't been taken out enough, so it kind of looked like a bowl cut. He's a people pleaser and really doesn't like saying he doesn't like something so left the shop unhappy (which I know is his own fault as he should have brought it to the attention of the barber). He's now shaved it off because he didn't want to go back out and get it fixed 😂 please if you're unhappy bring it to the barbers attention.

My son loves it! Louie had his first ever haircut at Joy's shortly after he turned 1. He sat in the little car and had a great time.

Always a great place to get your hair cut. As soon as you walk in you're treated very nicely and welcomed with a smile. The 2 ladies always make sure that i'm happy and satisfied with my haircut before I leave which is great as they're considerate by frequently asking if the haircut is to my liking. They also provide options to style my hair with either wax or gel which eventhough I don't, is a nice offer. Lovely people that are always happy to have a chat with.

When you find the right person for the job, you don't need to look anywhere else. Joy has been slowly making my head bald (haha) for the last few years and it is always a pleasure to have my hair cut by her. With Vanessa by her side, it is the best barber shop you will find anywhere. Joy is heartwarmingily friendly with an infectious smile and makes everyone feel welcome. Her shop is always very clean and bright and it has a cosy feeling about it. Why would you want to go anywhere else when you can go here, get the best haircut, have a friendly chat and feel so much better when you leave... Joy's little barber shop, it's a hairdressing church and one that I enjoy visiting regularly...even if I do sometimes sweep up the floor after her haha.

Excellent service. Joy is a great barber alongside her work colleague. They both offer excellent services. Listen to the clients and always go that extra mile. Bothme and my husband have our hair cut here. We trust them. They are so friendly. A lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
