Pennine Car Sales

I bought a secondhand car from Pennine (2012 car) a couple of months ago and had a really positive experience. Neil kindly offered to take me on a test drive, and before I purchased he was very upfront in letting me know that the aircon didn’t work, which I really appreciated for the transparency. The car was clean, drives really well, and I haven’t had any issues since. There was a small problem with the window at the start, but when I contacted Neil he immediately sorted it out for me as I’d only just bought it. Great service – I’d happily recommend!

Had a great experience with Pennine Cars. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to purchase something that's in great condition, reliable and at a fair price. Shopped around at a few dealerships near my area and I wasn't satisfied with the cars they were selling in respect to price point and quality. Pennine Cars had some great reviews online and the kind of Yaris I was looking for. I popped into the small dealership and the owner Neil showed me the car. He was very transparent with the vehicle, which was in great shape. I test drove the car and was really happy with it. The purchase came with a 3 month warranty included in the price which was good. I did have a battery problem after purchase which caused my car not to start. The battery itself needed replacing, which is common in older cars, so I notified Neil and he replaced it straight away for free. Since then, I've had the car for 2 months and there are no other issues, it runs smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my first car. This is the place if you want an honest dealership with no smoke and mirrors attached. Thanks Neil! Jason

Bought a Nissan Micra from Neil over a month ago, and I am really happy with the service he provided. He is very trustworthy, reliable, and professional. I appreciated the transparency regarding the car's service and maintenance history which put me very much at ease when buying my first car.

Neil gave us the space to thoroughly check over the vehicle and accompanied us on a test drive without putting any pressure on. He was kind enough even to drive us back to the train station after our viewing. The car is a lovely vehicle, as he said it was, and everything has been fine with it up until this point in time.
