Excellent service from Pontefract Dental Care this morning. I needed an emergency appointment and was seen really quickly ; literally an hour after I rang. Unfortunately I needed an extraction but it was painless and fast. Scott was very efficient, professional and made the whole experience bearable ! Every staff member I’ve ever seen here has provided excellent care. Can’t rate this Practice highly enough.
Ive been attending this practice for a very long time without issue. I see my Dentist Polly on each visit and I couldn't ask for a better service when I attend surgery. The staff are all friendly and very helpful and its a pleasure to attend every 6 months for a checkup.
Lovely people, great practice, very accomodating. They saw me very last minute when my normal dentist wasn't available due to annual leave. I knew I had an abcess since Friday evening, so Monday morning couldn't come quick enough. Courtyard dental forwarded me on and they managed to get me an appointment within the hour from my initial call. Once there I was in and out (with a small filling and some meds) in 20 mins. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much. 😀👍🏼
Great service as always. The reception team are always friendly and helpful. I visited for a check up this week, the appointment was on time and all went well. The dentist took the time to ask if I had any concerns and they were very friendly too.
Lovely dental surgery. Made me feel completely at ease. Helped with getting the right plan that will help me the best. Thank you so much for taking the time and the reassurance through out. I would 100% recommend to anyone, especially if you have an anxiety.
