Excellent care taken to meet your individual request. I had composite bonding at what was once my long term dentist which they did 3 times before I gave up. Ropergate listened to what I wanted (not a Hollywood smile but natural) and that is what I got. I have gone on to recommend you to family and friends. I had a great experience at my recent dental visit! The hygienist was so friendly and really put me at ease from the start. She chatted throughout the appointment, explaining what she was doing and keeping things light and comfortable. The best part was that she even sang along to the music playing in the background — it made the whole experience so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent service and a lovely atmosphere

Excellent friendly staff and very competent patient dentist. I had a particularly complex problem and after an initial consultation I had my tooth removed painlessly. The after care and follow up from the staff was excellent. Highly recommended.

I have just (almost) completed Invisalign and am incredibly happy with the final results. James explained everything thoroughly beforehand making sure I understood any pitfalls, issues etc. that I might encounter along the way. I was a little apprehensive before I started but I was reassured and never made to feel any of my questions or worries were invalid. As for my regular dentistry I am quite happy with the service provided. Highly recommended.

This practice has gone drastically downhill. Appointments are constantly rescheduled or cancelled without any notice given, and patients are simply expected to accept it. For the price paid — covering two dentist and two hygienist appointments a year — it has become almost impossible to actually receive the service promised. The reception staff are often rude and unhelpful when you call to query changes, showing no regard for patient time or concern. They actually admitted to moving my appointment time twice, so they could book other patients in at my original time. That’s wonderful for them but not ideal for myself! Appointment reminders sent by text and email are also frequently incorrect, adding even more confusion. There’s even been times where appointments have been cancelled and they don’t inform you of this until you arrive at the practice. This used to be a great practice, but now it’s disorganised, unprofessional, and not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
