Not a good doctors surgery, the appointment booking system is flawed. If you want to see a particular doctor you are always told it will be 2 week before you can see that particular doctor. I am going to change doctors surgery. I don't think this will be read by any staff as the website is 2 years out of date.
Not enough doctors, today only 1 doctor available, need to make an appointment forget it, the only staff available is nurses, a nurse is NOT a doctor. Leaving here because it is just getting worse and worse, Dr Taylor Gone, Dr Syam gone, the others don't know ??? So wast of time, Doctor is meant to support you not, here forget it. Go somewhere else.
Although you can never see a particular doctor and appointment system is a bit rubbish it’s a great surgery to be at and the doctors always listen and will deal with anything just need appointment system sorting even reception think it’s rubbish but they gotta do there job basically same every where you go
so polite and respectful! im only 18 but they listen to you they dont shun you off like your an idiot child... they listen! absolutely love this doctors and would recommend any day!
Ive been trying to get my son in for over a week.. he's run out of his meds they won't do a repeat until he's seen doctor..every time we phone there none left.. yesterday got him in for this morning at 8.30 cause he working at 10... and doctors phoned in sick... didn't have anymore appointments available until after 10..
