DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR STRUCTURAL SURVEYS! Paid for a full survey for my home, not simply a valuation survey. Failed to note anywhere on the report that a load bearing wall had been removed without support in the kitchen, requiring thousands in building work to rectify. I would have serious doubts about the competency of this firm on this basis. A builder was able to confirm within seconds that the load bearing wall had been removed with only visual checks so a chartered surveyor should have no excuses. They might be very friendly but leave you with an unsafe house, so be warned.

I found Steve to be very prompt and efficient. We had a Help to Buy valuation for redemption on sale and he arrived on time, carried out a valuation and let us have the report very quickly. Easy to deal with and hassle free. I would recommend as when selling a house it’s nice to deal with someone and it be a stress free experience.

I was asked to get a valuation from a RICs surveyor when paying off my help to buy. The whole process with Abson Blaza was really easy. They quickly booked me an appointment and then sent the valuation shortly afterwards. I have had to request an extension due to solicitors taking too long. I rang yesterday and received it an hour later! Excellent, efficient service.

Absolute zero. Skanked me out of £400 for a property valuation that he didn't do. Promised it by end of week. Then following week. Six weeks later I had to get someone else in. Con man.

Asked to see a couple of properties and a number of occasions. Said they would take my number and get back to me, lone behold to no avail. What a waste of my time. If you want to tent out commercial properties then do so.
