I'm new to property investing, so I was a little concerned about leaving the lettings and management in the hands of someone else. In House Property Lettings have been superb from Day 1. They filled out properties much quicker than we anticipated. They're efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitations in recommending their services to anyone else.
Been in the same property for 4 years. Best thing I ever did top notch service any issues with the property they are quick to rectify with the leastest disruption. They cater and understand everyone's needs. All the staff are friendly and approachable and very professional. In house property aim to please not only the landlord but the tenants as well. By far the best property management company I have dealt with.
In House Property Lettings are my landlords letting agent and I can honestly say thy are an excellent provider. Whenever I have an issue they respond straight away and keep me updated of any outside changes that may be if interest (changes to bin collections etc.). I would highly recommend!
