Took my car to mason after it was bodged by some shady mechanic, fixed the issues within 24 hours and car runs and drives spot on. Great price and great set of lads in garage all very helpful

Knights in oily overalls The Car Guys absolutely saved my holiday, family and faith in people. I was stranded on the A1, my breakdown service, @motoringassistance, completely let me down and I had to get to Scotland for a funeral, a 60th wedding anniversary and an 80th birthday. Ryan and Mason diagnosed my problem, full clutch kit and gear box, sourced parts fitted them and got me back on the road in the same day. I made it to Scotland in time for all the celebrations. These car guys were friendly, informative, quick, honest, economical and generally super nice guys. I cannot praise them enough. 😁🚙😁

I first used this garage a few months ago, my clutch went over a bank Holiday weekend. They recovered it from my house the same day and had it back to me with the cheaper option to repair, to see if that did the trick. It didn't but again they got the car booked back in the same day and I was back on the road the day after for a reasonable, lower than expected price. There was so much opportunity for them to price high, being a bank holiday/weekend callout, me being someone who knows very little on what needed to be done etc .... But they took every opportunity to not only give a good price , but to explain everything they did / could do. Then most recently I left my MOT & service booking, last minute this year, and they managed to get me in. Even left a gorgeous smelling air freshener. Due to moving I had to change my mechanic, I found these by chance (literally the only garage that was working the bank hol weekend lol) but I'm so glad I did , I would not go anywhere else !

Fantastic service, squeezed me in at short notice to remove the passenger seat to look for my husbands wedding ring which i'd stupidly dropped and had fallen right down beneath the seat. I'd have never found it myself. Super friendly, efficient and reasonable. Thank you so much, I'll be back and recommending you to others!

I have used the car guys for a couple years now. I would not go to anybody else. Best service I have ever had and always sorts out any problems I have. They will also show you so you know yourself what's up with it weather you understand what your looking at or not. Car Guys is the only garage I will use 1000% you won't be disappointed.
