Had an engine management light come on my VW Tiguan whilst visiting family in the area. Called at a garage in Featherstone who pointed me in the direction of CS Autos and to ask for Richard. Spoke with Richard and the car was dropped off the same day. The fault was diagnosed (EGR) and I was updated on the issue and that parts needed to be ordered. The following evening I was called by Richard to say the car was repaired and ready for collection. Can I say that the service from CS Autos was absolutely fantastic and I would certainly recommend them.

Had an issue with a locking wheel not being over tight which stripped the key 3 times. Called on a Monday sorted on Wednesday. Great price and good comms. Thanks 👍

Fixed broken aircon while I nipped onto town, all done in just over an hour. Clear explanation and the correct kit used for diagnostic and repair. Friendly and professional approach, will be taking car for MOT there. Quality garages are a mixed bag in Pontefract area, happy to recommend Richard and his team.

I contacted cs autos because I’d finally bought my dream car and from asking around cs were the only garage that anyone said to me. I wanted a fresh set of eyes to look over some MOT advisories that it came with and to price up the work. Not only did they do this for me promptly they also gave the whole car a once over to make sure it was nice and safe to drive.
